CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund.

Returnable Items:   For an item to be eligible for return, the following must apply: We must receive the returned item within 21 days from the date the item is delivered to you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. In order to facilitate the return process, please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, poly bag, hang tags on products, dust bags, and gift boxes.

MARTINI offers two return options:

1. A full refund of the original form of payment

For Prepaid

If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will be refunded the original amount paid.

Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect by contacting our Customer Support within 3 days of receiving the parcel by writing into us at mysupport@mymartini.in and sending us the image of the concerned product. We will be glad to assist you in picking back our product back from you, but some of our logistic partners don't do reverse pickup. In that case we would ask you to courier us the product back. We will reimburse the shipping charges you paid, maximum upto INR 100 The product must reach us within 21 days from the date the item is delivered to you Kindly e-mail us the courier details so that we can track the return item. If any Martini store credits are used to purchase such an item, those Martini store credits will be reinstated in lieu receiving a refund for that portion of the purchase. The goods need to be couriered back to Martini address mentioned on the invoice.

For COD order:

In cases of refund of COD orders, we will issue a cheque or NEFT to the billing address on the order in the name of the user. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase.

2. MARTINI Store Credit

For Prepaid/COD order:

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase or our product does not fit you, we have no problems in acknowledging it and replacing it for you or taking it back. The most common reason for a product to be exchanged is usually if the product doesn't fit right. We understand and are happy to exchange it for you.

Please indicate your intention of returning the item by contacting our Customer Support within 3 days of receiving the parcel by writing into us at mysupport@mymartini.in and couriering us the parcel.

We would process your refund as store credit if we are not able to provide you with a replacement, which can be redeemed by you when you purchase from our website www.mymartini.in within a period of six months from the date of credit received. We will be glad to assist you in picking back our product back from you, but some of our logistic partners don't do reverse pickup. In that case we would ask you to courier us the product back. We will reimburse the shipping charges you paid, maximum upto INR 100. This amount will also be added to your store credit The product must reach us within 21 days from the date the item is delivered to you. These credits carry an expiry date, which would reflect in your account. Please note that the package must reach us in the same packaging as you received with all the tags intact. Kindly e-mail us the courier details so that we can track the return item. The goods need to be couriered back to Martini address mentioned on the invoice.

Kindly note that Martini accepts returns on all its products but from time to time, some of these items will be final sale, as specified on the detail page of the specific item. Exceptions may apply.
