How long will it take to receive my Order?
Once you place an order, Martini will generally ship your product in 24-48 hrs, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
How do I track the progress of my order?
Once your order is placed, we will send you an email with a timeline, so that you can see where your package is at every step of the way. To check the status of your order at any time, just log into the MY Order section of Martini
Which areas does MARTINI Deliver?
MARTINI delivers to most locations within India. For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to few places.

How much is the Shipping Cost?
Shipping is FREE, for prepaid orders, above Rs.700, irrespective of your parcel's location, weight, volume, fragility and the value of your order. For prepaid orders, less than Rs. 700 we charge Rs. 35 per order.
The charges include fulfilment costs of your order.
Cash on delivery option is available for amounts less than Rs. 4,000. If the chosen mode of payment is cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of Rs. 40 as convenience charges.
You can view the delivery charges at the time of payment. These are over and above the selling price of the product. You can also view the delivery charges in the invoice or My order section.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Overnight shipping is not an available shipping option at this time.
What should I do if I cannot track my order online?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you automatically. You can then follow your parcel's progress on our website by going to the My order section. If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at our customer care numbers or by logging to our courier partner's website; so that we can follow up on your order.
